The Process: Changing Course

I haven't been posting here because I've been eating rather guiltily.  I still don't feel great about eating meat so I cut it to a minimum

I've also been feasting on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as well as lays chips

As I get my workout routine down pat I'll start becoming more mindful of what I put in my body

This mask is delicious and appears to improve discolored areas on my face.

I've been using this for about a month and I've made a second batch..I usually leave in on my skin for 20-30 mins

I finally made poached eggs correctly. .. and in that same breath .... cut out meat
