Peanut Blueberry Smoothie

I didn't use actual peanuts or blueberries. ..I used peanut butter, blueberry yogurt, honey, ground flax seed and milk

I wanted to save it for tomorrow's breakfast but after I had a sip to taste. ..I just kept drinking because it was so yummy!

I don't like peanuts. .. or peanut butter or yogurt... but blended together ....i have no words

Healthy Skin Starts Here

I've been trying to make big changes in order to improve my skin. .. especially since winter is terrible to my skin. .. less coffee and soda. .. and more water

It sounds easy but I'm quick to grab a soda with my lunch at work

I'm back to snacking on frozen raspberries and drinking smoothies and lemon water

I haven't been updating this blog because I haven't been taking much care.
The other night I had lays chips for a midnight snack and tonight I had strawberries. .. improvement

My diet has included a mixture of breakfast meals at all times of day and a bit of fast food here and there
