I'm glad I avoided Wendy's today. .. actually I went in and decided the line was too long and bought fruit and veggies from the store instead
Still trying to make healthier choices and invest in my body. .. organs. .. esp skin... an ongoing process of renewal
My next step is to cut sugar out of my tea and coffee. ... honey will have to do the trick
